1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, password), the content you create (CVs, cover letters, posts, comments), and basic technical data such as device type and pages visited that help us keep the app secure and working.
2. How we use it
To provide the CV builder, AI tools, job alerts and Community Jobs, to send you account and service emails, to process book orders, and to detect spam and abuse.
3. AI features
When you use an AI tool, the text you submit is sent to our AI provider to generate the result. We do not use your CV content to train public models.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that run the app (for example hosting, email and payment processing) and where the law requires it. We never sell your personal data.
5. Book orders
Book purchases are processed by our payment gateway. We store your name, contact details and delivery address to fulfil the order. We do not store your card details.
6. Your choices
You can edit your profile, control Community Jobs notifications, and delete your account and its data at any time from Account settings.
7. Security
We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
