1. About these terms
ArcvonCV ("we", "us") provides a free CV builder, job tools and a community jobs board, plus a paid bookstore. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Do not share your account or impersonate anyone.
3. Free features
All CV building, templates, exports, AI tools, job alerts and Community Jobs are free for registered users. AI features have a fair daily usage cap to keep the service available for everyone.
4. The Book Shop
Books are a separate paid product. Orders, pricing, delivery and payments are handled through our payment gateway. Payments for books are final once the order is confirmed, subject to our cancellation and refund process for unshipped orders.
5. Acceptable use
Do not post spam, scams, misleading job offers, illegal content or anything that harasses others. Do not scrape, overload or attempt to break the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Community Jobs
Community posts are created by members, not by us. We do not verify every employer or offer. Always research a job before sharing personal details or paying any fee. Report anything suspicious.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create (CVs, posts, comments). You grant us a limited licence to store and display it so the app can work, for example showing your CV on a share link you create.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
